Little Italy
There are scarce options for condo buyers in Little Italy, a mostly residential area of Victorians on narrow tree lined streets. An intimate European atmosphere of gallerias, cappuccino houses, trattorias, pool halls, and lounges lined with Italian lampposts attract urban professionals and hipsters. During the day, fresh fruit and vegetable stands and bakeries offer a true European lifestyle. In the evening, residents enjoy the city's best Italian cuisine, followed by Latin Dancing or a cocktail in one of the Martini Bars along the strip. Just north of there is The Annex, one of Toronto's premier neighbourhoods. Along Bloor is a stretch of stores which includes a hodgepodge of clothing boutiques, bookstores, food markets, travel agencies, restaurants, and outdoor cafes.
