One of the most affluent condo markets in the city is the posh Yorkville pocket. Prices here can be more than double for the average price per sq ft. Many of the newer projects are catering to the downsizers and entry level suites start at over a million for the many newer super luxury buildings. Yorkville is home to some of the city's finest culinary artists, haute couture boutiques, galleries and museums. This area not only attracts Toronto residents but rich international buyers as well. Although Yorkville is known for their luxury buildings, there are still a handful of quality buildings at very good prices.
