Clear Spirit Condos and Lofts is located in the Distillery District, a 13 acre historic site almost two centuries old. Located just east of the downtown core, the Distillery District is a popular destination for tourists as this area is completely pedestrian with brick lined streets and hosts regular outdoor live theatres, festivals, art galleries, unique boutiques, restaurants and cafes. If you’re looking for historical ambience, like a European Piazza, this area is it. Distillery District is a popular destination for film shoots, (Chicago with Richard Gere and Renee Zellweger was filmed here) and weddings.
The 40 storey condominium glass point tower was designed with modern materials and going for a minimalist look with glass and concrete by Architects Alliance. The modernish of Clear Spirit is a nice contrast to the heritage buildings. The Clear Spirit project also includes a small four-storey building with courtyard suites located just in front of the tower.
The minimalism of the building exterior is carried into the suites. The floor to ceiling windows, modern flat panel kitchen cabinets, granite or corian countertops, laminate hardwood floors are just some of the interior finishes. The suites feature 9 ft ceilings from the 6th floor and 10 ft ceilings from the 5th floor. There are 355 suites ranging in size from 524 sq ft studios to 1,136 sq ft two bedroom plus dens.
The stand out amenity in Clear Spirt is the outdoor swimming pool with a hot tub, located on the rooftop of the four storey building part of Clear Spirit. Amenities include a BBQ area and a well-equipped fitness room with spinning, cardio, weights, and circuit training areas, screening room, yoga and pilates studio, steam rooms, walkways and gardens with wooden paths. There is also a library room, games room and meeting room with two guest suites for occasional guests.
Clear Spirits offers a unique living experience, a modern tower located in a collection of historical Victoria architecture dating back to 1832. The St Lawrence Market and the Financial District is a short walk away and walkways lead to the bike trails along the Toronto Waterfront and the East Bayfront and West Don Lands.
