This loft is one of Toronto’s authentic warehouse style conversions completed in 2006 in the city’s east end. A former turn of the century Rexall drug warehouse, this building will offer residents a mix of history and modern design.
Rare features like tongue and groove wood ceilings, sandblasted brick walls, large windows, concrete floors and 10.5” ceilings are featured on the first five floors. Two floors of brand new contemporary lofts have been added to the original building.
The project features a landscaped courtyard, underground parking, and building amenities like a party room and a roof top deck. The building is surrounded by three vibrant upcoming neighbourhoods: Broadview, Leslieville, and The Studio District. Residents are walking distance to galleries, furniture shops, restaurants and funky shopping. Major highways close by are the QEW and The Don Valley Parkway which make for an easy commute.
