Parc is one of the few condos that give residents an opportunity to live on a park, Stanley Park in King West Village. To have a condominium sitting on a park, not bound by a road is really rare in Toronto.
Parc is a condo with 94 loft residences and the most exclusive and largest suites have protected and unobstructed views of the park and the downtown skyline. Four two storey townhouse levels have direct access to the park from their terrace, approximately 2,000 sq ft, 3 bdrms and a living room boasting 21 ft ceilings.
Other suites facing the park have generous sized balconies and range anywhere from 1,100 to 3,000 sq ft. The more affordable options are facing west and not facing the park. These suites are still popular choices for dog owners who can count the steps to the park on one hand.
All suites have a minimum 10 ft ceiling height, gas outlets on balconies, gas stoves, exposed concrete ceilings, engineered hardwood throughout, walk-in closets, quartz countertops and spa bathrooms. The amenities include a party room and guest suites… but no amenity will beat the park. If you’re not sold on the park there’s also the fresh architecture by award winning Peter Clewes from architects, Alliance. The modern architecture is playful with staggered balconies on the east and west facades with contemporary zinc panels on the north and south. No other building has an exterior like Parc.
The other strong reason to live at Parc, is the proximity to the restaurants, eclectic boutiques of Queen and King West, and a few minute streetcar from the Financial District.
