One of the few things Little Italy is lacking is condos. It has just about everything else you could want from some of the best pasta restaurants to the trendiest night life anybody over 25 would want to visit. There are lots of little gems scattered along College St for residents to explore and new places opening every month. This is one of the established, prime neighbourhoods that demands a premium but also seems to have less volatility in prices during market swings.
Europa Condo was developed by Beaverhall Homes along with Graywood. As with most new construction projects, the amenities are quite extensive. There is a party room that you can reserve that has a pool table, a nice outdoor space and a big television. There is also a fairly well equipped gym when you want to squeeze in a quick workout.
The entrance has a very European design with a tasteful canopy to keep you dry while you find your keys. The lobby has timeless materials of glass, bronze found in the chandelier and wall lighting. The interior design was meant to have the timeless European feel of nicely done trim work and granite. There is a helpful concierge who can accept deliveries for you while you’re out and greet your guests as they arrive.
Europa Condo has suites for everyone from small bachelors for first time Buyer’s to large two storey penthouses for executives or downsizers. The suites standard finishes are above par with stainless steel appliances, track lighting and granite counter tops. As with all new construction, each suite has its own laundry. To get to the subway, the closest station is University which is about a ten minute walk down College St. It hardly feels a chore though as it will take you past some wonderful patisseries, cafes and shopping.
