It’s located across from Toronto’s biggest park, High Park, there’s a subway station located just steps from the building entrance and Bloor West Roncesvalles Village shopping and dining is just a short stroll away. This is an incredible location and one of my favourite Toronto neighbourhoods.

High Park is just 25 minutes away from the downtown core by subway but offers the atmosphere of living in a small village with local bakeries, cafes, restaurants and grocery stores. With the park and lake immediately south of the building, south facing suites can be guaranteed their view.

Suites on the 6th floor can see the city skyline and suites on the 10th floor can get views of the lake! Rarely I can I confidently advice my clients their view won’t change.

High Park Condominiums has a wide range of floorplans and sizes. Thank you Daniels for addressing the criteria of downsizers that want to stay in their neighbourhood. There’s some nice floorplans just under 2000 sq ft. However, a buyer has to jump to a one bedroom plus den if they want to avoid an interior bedroom, a bedroom with no window.

“Parkside Club” is an 18,000 sq ft of indoor and outdoor amenities. The standard amenities we usually see in condominiums are included: sauna, big screen home theatre, weight studio and even a rock climbing wall. There’s also a cardio and yoga studio, party room and billiards. There’s a handy pet spa on the ground floor. Outdoors there’s a terrace and fireside lounge located on the 10th floor overlooking High Park. But the stand out amenity that is unique to High Park Condominiums is outdoor gardening plots, residents can plant their own veggies, sprouts or herbs. I can see this swaying downsizers.

Some environmental features is a car share program and a bike engagement and bike share program. I can see all the amenities help to bring residents together and create a sense of community.18,000 sq ft is a lot of amenity space dedicated to a building with only, hopefully this won’t impact the maintenance fees in a negative way.

The suites features are appealing. The suites on floor 2 to 12 all have 9 ft ceilings and laminate flooring throughout the suite including the bedrooms. By running the hardwood in the bedrooms, smaller suites can feel more expansive. Baseboards that are 4”and casings that are 2.25”is a nice touch and add a sense of grandness. All the terrace suites have bbq hook ups. In the kitchen, the cabinetry is contemporary and have extended uppers. Quartz countertops in the kitchen is easy to maintain and make the kitchen a clean look.
