Neptune, along with it's sister buildings and Waterpark City, represent one of the best values in Toronto. It fills the demand for an owner or investor who's looking to be relatively close to downtown, in a newer building, at the most affordable price.
The same suites in the financial district would be about 25% more expensive and Cityplace is about 15% more expensive. There is a streetcar that stops right in front of the building taking you up Bathurst or over towards Subway stops near Union station. The most desirable are the South facing units which have great view of the lake, fireworks, air show and Indy Car races through exhibition grounds. You can walk up to King St W for restaurants and shopping or go for a bike ride along the waterfront trail.
