This condominium building is the most exclusive address on the Toronto Waterfront. Originally the Terminal Warehouse Building built in 1926, Developer Zeidler Grinnell Partnership renovated the building in 1983 into a mix of office and retail spaces with the residential condominiums on top of the original building. This was one of the first conversions of a former industrial building in Toronto. The Art Deco Style complex has received numerous awards and encompasses a retail center of over 30 shops, restaurants, cafes, a grocery store, multi level interior courtyards, office spaces on 9 levels and and even a 450 seat Premiere Dance Theatre. Located in the heart of Harbourfront Centre at the foot of York, it’s a short walk to the heart of the financial center. The Queens Quay Terminal has unsurpassable views of the lake. The suites are dramatic in size, some are as large as 5,500 and even 6,000 sq ft. Many owners have spent close to a million dollars renovating the suites. Amenities include valet parking, indoor pool, and 24hr concierge. The building is a Toronto Heritage Property.
