Eau du Soleil is the most iconic set of buildings along the Etobicoke Waterfront. There are two towers; the Water Tower is closest to the lake at 46 storeys with 500 suites and the Sky Tower reaching 66 storeys high at 750 suites, the highest building outside the downtown core. Zeidler Partnership and E.I Richmond Architects were inspired by modern cruise ships and designed Eau du Soleil to be an instant recognizable landmark. The Sky Tower and Water Tower share a podium and featured stepped terraces leading up to the dramatically swept curving roof features, each storey is highlighted by white metal bands, illuminated by LEDs, running up the length of the towers.
There are 40,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities shared among the two buildings. Eau du Soleil offers some unexpected amenities; a landscaped roof top garden overlooking the lake with a full size basketball court, kids play area, a mixed martial art room, spin studio and a CrossFit training zone. There’s also the amenities you expect in most condo buildings: fitness centre, lounge, yoga studio, hot tub and salt water pool.
Eau du Soleil offers generous balconies and terraces. Each suite features 9 ft ceilings or 10 ft if located on the 40th
floor and above. The finishes in both towers are modern and fresh; custom European inspired kitchen cabinetry, glass tile backsplashes featured in the gourmet kitchens, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. The bathrooms have luxury details like deep soaker tub, rain shower heads, glass shower stalls.
Eau du Soleil offers dramatic views of the GTA skyline, Lake Ontario and High Park. The Etobicoke Waterfront is a perfect location for a sports and nature enthusiast; there’s the Waterfront Trails, gardens, butterfly habitat and the Etobicoke Yacht Club.
