Aspen Ridge, loves to tackle big scale condominium developments in prime locations. After just completing VU in the St Lawrence Market neighbourhood, Aspen Ridge is launching Studio on Richmond St in the heart of the Entertainment District, at Richmond and Duncan. This condo takes up an entire block, consists of both condo apartments (starting at 419 sq ft) and 25 condo townhouses (up to 1294 sq ft) and totals approximately 750 suites.
Studio on Richmond consists of two towers, a 41 storey and 38 storey tower sitting on an eight storey podium designed by Quadrangle architects. Because of the close proximity to cultural attractions of the city, AGO, Prince of Wales Theatre & The Four Seasons Performing Art Centre, Studio has an art theme, (hence the name) and will showcase art from graduates of the Ontario College of Art and house a cafe on the ground floor of the podium.
Studio is well located between two subways, steps to boutique shopping on Queen West and the Eaton Centre, steps to the Financial District and the city’s best theatre, this is the same neighbourhood as the opulent Shangri-La.
The lobby should be quite elaborate and it will showcase original works of art from OCAD graduates. The amenities will include an outdoor aqua lounge on the 9th
floor, a yoga, media & party lounge, dining room and well equipped fitness room. The interiors were designed by Mike Niven, the same firm as the Festival Tower.
