Lace, leather, glass, granite, chrome, marble and solid brass, a hip hotel but with the attention of the Four Seasons. Bischa is a luxury condominium residences located in the heart of the Entertainment District. They hope the Bischa vibe catches on and becomes another W or Thompson Hotel but with an edge.
Bischa, was Charles Khabouth’s nickname back in Lebanon. Khabouth is no stranger to the Entertainment District, as a former nightclub operator, he’s behind “This is London”, “Government” and “Tattoo Rock Parlour” and knows alot about creating a vibe. He’s teamed up with Lifetime Developments, known for M5V, Liberty Market Lofts and Victory.
The designer behind all the purple velvet is Alessandro Munge of Munge Leung Design. They’re known for Maple Leaf Square, Murano and The Republic. The exteriors are designed by Wallman Architects, also known for Tableau, Liberty Market Lofts and Reve.
Bischa’s amenities total 30,000 sq ft! Bischa offers home owners direct access to two restaurants, two bars, a 24 hour cafe, 7,000 square rooftop patio and infinity pool on the 41st floor, a fitness centre, private resident’s lounge, a business centre and concierge. There’s “a la carte services” that include personal fitness training, a high end salon, pet walking/feeding, housekeeping, dry cleaning, room service, grocery delivery and more. Bischa has 332 condo suites and a 100 hotel rooms that range in size from 379 square feet to 1600 sq ft multimillion dollar suites. This is a perfect home for entertaining or a pied de terre. The focal point of Bischa will be the two themed floors, the Rock and Roll Floor (sexy blacks, leather, lace) and the L/A Beverly Hills Vibe with lush greenery and luxe finishes.
Interiors will include nine-foot ceilings, custom cabinetry with granite and/or marble countertops and brand name European-style appliances, stacked washer and dryer, hardwood flooring in principal rooms, ensuites with soaker tub and/or frameless glass shower.
Bischa residences is a unique condo that intends to become a luxury brand. A very interesting development in the Entertainment district and we wish there were more projects like this.
