Fly Condos appeals to young professionals, move up buyers and empty nesters. Located at 352 Front St W, between Blue Jays Way and Spadina on the edge of the Entertainment District, Fly Condos is steps to restaurants, nightlife and the Entertainment District. Fly Condos backs onto Clarence Square, an urban park that is handy for dog owners. Empire Communities built Fly Condos, they've built projects like Beyond the Sea in Etobicoke.
The sizes of the suites range from 480 to 1,500 square feet. The exterior was designed by Graziani and Corazza Architects which crafted Fly condos into a 24 storey building with sheets of glass and metal panels, a nice complement to some of the historical buildings nearby. Munge Leung Design Associates worked on the interior that includes a stunning white lobby with a two- storey opaque green cut-glass columns, marbled floor and wall tile, white sculptural seating and a modern gold chrome concierge desk. The white and gold origami birds throughout the lobby is a nice touch to reflect the name of this condo.
Suites range from one-bedroom, one-bedroom-plus-den, two-bedroom and two-bedroom-plus-den units, three bedrooms , two storey lofts with street entry. Suites include up to 10ft ceilings at the Penthouse levels, custom designed contemporary kitchens with sleek stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and engineered hardwood flooring.
The amenities include a stylish party room with a chef’s kitchen and access to an outdoor terrace with its private cabanas and barbecue stations, fitness studio with a yoga and pilates studio, spinning area, sauna, private Zen courtyard, and hotel chic guest suite and a 24-concierge service.
What I like about Fly Condos is that each suite has a balcony or terrace and the team behind the project is all star, a great combination of architects, interior designer and developer.Copyright BigGuideToCondos.com
