Residents have access to the hotel’s spa and pool, 24 hour conveniences like housekeeping and room service, doorman, fitness centre with top of the line equipment, machines, free weights, yoga/pilate spaces, business centre, private and luxurious banquet rooms and international media/screening room.
Living at Shangri-La sits on the border of the Financial and Entertainment District, with the Four Seasons Centre for the Performing Arts, fine restaurants and Art Galleries nearby.
The Tower will include 279 one to two bedroom suites from the 18th to 48th floor that range in price from $550,000 to $1.7 million. Starting from the 49th to the 65th floor are the 71 executive suites ranging in size from 1,900 to 3,700 sq ft priced from $2.1 million to more than 5 million.
These suite feature separate elevators, lobbies, concierge and valet service. The suites with two storeys have double height ceilings in the principal rooms. The finishes are outstanding and feature contemporary Boffi kitchens, Sub-Zero and Miele Appliances.
The two penthouses at the top will have 6,000 sq ft and sell for about 10 million. The target market is well heeled international buyers looking for a second or third residence.
