I admit it, this post is a shameless plug for myself.

I recently wrote an article for CondoBusiness magazine which was published last month. The magazine is geared towards Property Managers, Real Estate Lawyers and Agents than it is for the general public as the topics are quite specific to the issues those professionals encounter.
